I remember! *ughs* I have a limited understanding of what has occurred, but I do get that many have died (from the gunshots, at least ;-;) and, from S.Omicron and “Shadow” (what a name! what parents! what depravity is going on there‽), that some fashion of a portal has been opened and that there's blood leaking from THAT door over there, to my left (or right, idk), mixed some suspicious-carnival-looking-things (again, dafu? memetic descriptions! *shakes fist*).

The yelling has subsided, somewhat. I've dared to the door a few times, met however with increased yelling and laughing (or both SIMULTANEOUSLY! *DRAMA*); this has lead me to correlate an effect with a cause, which, however inaccurate a result it may furnish, is useful in times like this, hm?

PRE #XXII: CPRE01 (The Architect)

Designation: CPRE01

Colloquial Terms: The Architect, The Ticktockman, OurGod, The Forgotten God, The Lonely Artist, The Creator of Everything, Satan, Nevermore, The Instigator, Fob, The Destroyer, The Grim Reaper, The Bones and the Coat, The Archimeme, The Man in The Coat, The Idealist, Blueprinter, The Creator of All, The Outer Gentleman, The Intended Loner, The Hermit, Fob Watch Man, Ra, The Worker, The Deity, The High One, The Sculptor, Trenchy, The Burning Scull, The Omnipotent, Fire Eye, The Elegant Abomination, The Creative Skeleton, Uber-Powered, World Maker, Many-Hat, The Mad Hatter, Daedalus, His High Highness, Ouranos.

Physical Description: Accounts from people who have eventually ended up in mad houses or have taken their own lives describe this questionable and controversial PRE as "A dark presence, entrenched in a flowing winter coat, donning on a burnt, animal-like skull with gleaming red eyes." These descriptions remain sound for each person when asked what they have seen, with the exception of its hat, which varies from person to person.

Behavioral Characteristics: This PRE is one of the most controversial in our records, as not even Grandfather believes in its existence. However, recent investigations throughout the Archive and the many universes it exists in have found that this PRE may in fact exist, albeit outside of this universe. A dangerous cult known as "The Enlightened" have matched several descriptions we have obtained from people known as "Pawns," who were later marked as missing by police officials.

Explanations of CPRE01 have revealed that it could very well be remorseless and possibly omnipotent deity with the immense power to create and destroy any number of universes, known as Architect Verses by the Pawns, with any number of unusual tendencies that could tear apart the fabric of reality. 

The source of CPRE01's tremendous power, according to said Pawns, is the Cardioplate, a fob watch that gives it the ability to manipulate reality in any way it sees fit, yet in spite of CPRE01's nearly infinite power, it can only enter or destroy the universes it has created. Dimensional Bleeding can interfere with said natural balance however, allowing CPRE01 into other universes for a short period of time.

UXP #II: UXP023 (Poltergeists)

Designation: UXP023

Description: Manifests as an unseen presence, often confined to a certain area and capable of manipulating solid objects. Behavior varies on a case-by-case basis.

Numerous hypotheses have been put forth to explain UXP023: souls rejected by PRE03 (The Archangel) (or souls which have rejected PRE03) (Resent data shows that PRE03 does not absorb souls, but instead the potential energy form there physical forms.). Manifestations of beings on other realities, manipulating matter on a different reality as a result of Dimensional Bleeding. Psychic residue left by someone with a strong connection to a particular place. Whatever the reason, UXP023 is rarely dangerous.

Strangely, in 92% of the recorded cases of UXP023 coming into contact with a PRE, UXP023 became docile for the duration of the PRE's presence. In the remaining 7% of cases, UXP023 instead became extraordinarily active and seemingly aggressive.

Physical Description: Appears as a woman with orange/red hair, fully functional red wings, and red claws located on fingers. Is most often seen wearing long blue evening gown. PRE25’s eyes have no irises and her pupils are extremely large. Eyes are able to see though all types of matter, and see the future events. Physical form is described by viewers as “extremely beautiful”. Behavioral

Characteristics: If a victim looks into PRE25's eyes, the subject will start to hallucinate. These hallucinations will almost always depict events in the subjects future or “destiny”. It intentionally shows only Fragments of their fate, piquing their curiosity. As PRE25 shows them more, their sanity is slowly destroyed, leading them to either they will try to avoid these events or find out more. During this process, PRE25 can embed some of its consciousness into the subjects soul, thus make the victim its servant or being able to control their minds from time to time.

Physical Description: Appears as a feminine humanoid figure ether composed of flames or fireflies, or a regular human female in a bridal dress encased in flames with a veil made of smoke.

Behavioral Characteristics: She has the ability to inspire burning anger and quiet rage in victims. [TBA]

Physical Characteristics: Has the ability to shape-shift/multuble forms. But no matter the form, they always include a smoke and chain motif. The most common forms include:

• An animal of vering description, composed of smoke and stitched leather with horns portuding from body with no odvous pattern.
• A giant made of smoke bound full in chains and locks.
• A large dragon made of smoke with shakes clasped around the front and hind legs.
• A large humanoid being wrapped in brown of black leather, waring an executioners hood. This form is also wrapped in chains, but less then the Giant form. form open points in the leather suit thick black smoke billows out.
• A Large smoke cloud with red eyes set deep within the mass.

Behavioral Characteristics: Extrudes an aura that cause victims to become more violent and wrathful. Often appears in places of civil unrest and war, possible to exacerbate tensions. Is currently locked in "The Singularity Cell", and is mostly dormant, although in resent times has been getting stronger and is theorized to escape in the next few years.

PRE24 A's Domain is known as The Grove of Fetters.

Behavioral Characteristics: Tends to make itself home inside of a human (or more rarely any animal) host’s bloodstream. It spreads via sexual interaction between organisms or via two bloodstreams touching though the medium a cut or the like. It manipulates human hosts (Referred to as "Blood Vessels", designation pending) to act out its will, which is usually the creation, formation, and mustering of the cult that worships PRE23 (the Scarlet-Marked, designation pending). "Blood Vessels" have more free will then other human that contain a hive mind PRE, such as PRE14.

APPENDIX: ON #-#-1844, PRE23 WAS CONSUMED BY A VARIATION OF ITS FORM CREATED WHEN A SAMPLE OF PRE23 AND A SHARD OF PRE15 FUSED TOGETHER THOUGH SOME UNKNOWN MEANS. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THERE COULD BE SOME SAMPLES OF PRE23 LEFT SOMEWHERE IN GRANDFATHERS COLLECTION (SEE THE BOOKSHELF FILE), BUT WE HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING YET. Physical Description: Appears as a man with wild red or orange hair. His face is often described as difficult to look at, as it does not seem to follow common geometrical laws. His smile is wider than his face and his eyes are so "impossible" that those who look at them directly often experience minor brain damage.

Behavioral Characteristics: While PRE22 seems to most commonly target young women, it is not unheard of for him to target individuals of different ages and genders. PRE22 usually announces his presence by leaving flowers for his targets and watching them from afar. Then, when they are alone, he abducts them. What happens after is unclear, as the few victims who resurface are often so traumatized by their experiences that they can't give a coherent account. PRE22 has also been observed to exhibit some control over flowers. He is often seen carrying sharp metal integuments such as a knife.

PRE22's domain is known as the Flower Fields.

PRE #XIX: PRE21 (The Grotesque)

Designation: PRE21

Colloquial Terms: The Grotesque, the Reverie, Somnivore, Oneirophage, the Living Nightmare, the Restless Dream, the Dark Carnival, Eternal Waking, DREAM, Phobetor, Untamo, The Eternal Waking, Morpheus, The Living Nightmare, Hypnos, The Delusion, The Sandman, Grigori, Dreamwalker, Fossil-Type LOTOPHAGI, Desert Dream, The Corinthian, Cassandra's Kin, Untamo, Subject Golf Romeo, The Man Under the Eyelids, The Chattering Teeth, The March Hare, Hypnos, Freak Designation Iota - BACCHANAL, Timor Malus Somno.
Physical Description: PRE21 has none

Behavioral Characteristics: Appears to be a sort of sentient nightmare that infects victims while they sleep. Those who have been attacked by PRE21 often report bizarre and horrifying dreams that left them in a state of terror and unease even after waking. Victims also often develop sleep disorders such as narcolepsy and (most commonly) somnambulism. In certain rare cases, victims have suffered permanent brain damage as a result of an attack.

Victims commonly report their dreams as taking the form of a large and grandiose circus, with all sorts of strange and exotic acts. However, this is by no means universal. Some victims have hallucinated clowns, freaks, and other such circus folk following them in their daily, waking life.

It is commonly believed that PRE21 is capable of trapping its victims in an eternal sleep, not unlike a coma. For obvious reasons, this has never been verified.

PRE #XVIII: PRE20 (The Mother of Snakes)

Designation: PRE20

Colloquial Terms: The Mother of Snakes, the Serpent of Eden, Lamia, Echidna, Abyzou, Naga Kanya, The Lady of Shining Scales, The Salvation, The Serpentine Mother, The Sinuous Mother, The Darkening Mirror, The Mother of All Lamentations, The Temptation, SLITHERER, The Mistress of Mirrors, Medusa, Mary Mary Quite Contrary, Mary of the Mirror, Manzan Gurme, Fossil-Type SHALOTT, Tyranny of Beauty, The Speculum, Subject Mike Oscar Sierra, The Looking-Glass, Timor Anguis Natus, Freak Designation Tau - COATLICUE.

Physical Description: PRE20 is often described as a woman with snake-like features. The exact details, such as scales, shape of pupils, whether she has hair, facial structure, and whether she has a tail or legs, tend to vary between different accounts. One thing most accounts agree on is that she tends to only be seen in mirrors.

Behavioral Characteristics: PRE20 appears to her victims through mirrors. She often shows them images of themselves, but twisted and monstrous. These images often reflect the darker aspects of her victims' personalities in some way. Victims of PRE20 tend to become increasingly paranoid, and develop of fear of mirrors. They also have a tendency to become increasingly self-loathing, often to the point of developing suicidal tendencies. In some cases, PRE20 has been observed to pull victims into the mirror with her. She has also displayed the ability to control and command all manner of snakes.

Servants of PRE20 are called Lilim, and are almost all women. They are former victims who have been pulled into the mirror, and warped by her. PRE20's domain is the Garden of Desolation.

PRE #XVII: PRE19 (The Quiet)

Designation: PRE19

Colloquial Terms: The Quiet, The Unmaking, The Silent Void, The Screaming Darkness, The Starless Night, Rest, The All-Consuming Void, ENDING, The End, Silence, Eternity, Origin Point Tab B, The Nothingness, The Red King, Astral Voyager, The Consumption, The Fate of All Things, Timor Nihil, The Hole in All Things, Freak Designation Upsilon - DIRAC, The Calamity.

Physical Description: PRE19 is defined by the complete absence of physical description. PRE19 is a void of an incomprehensible hue, described as "The Color of Nothing.". Anything that enters this void will be erased form existence.

Behavioral Characteristics: It is believed that PRE19 came into existence in an alternate reality, as a result of that universe being torn in some way. PRE19 is nothingness. It is a void defined as the opposite of existence, which spreads across universes and consumes them. While it does pass from reality to reality, some "tendrils" of it can be sighted in different universes, erasing various things from existence. Some reports scribe PRE19 acting sentence, sending out tendrils of nothing after victims.(NOTE: Terrifying though, i know --SΟ)

PRE #XVI: PRE18 (The Unnamed Child)

Designation: PRE18

Colloquial Terms: The Unnamed Child, The Lost Girl, Precious, Darling, The Daughter of All, OFFSPRING, Little Nameless, Loreley, The Daughter of All, Lacrimosa, Mistress Without Name, The Grief Child, Our Eternal Beloved, Fossil-Type [TBA], Gretel, Subject Uniform Charlie, Hebe, Freak Designation Phi - MIDWICH, Artemis, Timor Ignatem Puer.

Physical Description: Appears as a young girl, about six to eight years of age. Exact physical characteristics vary, but many not affected by its abilities describe its face as being wrong somehow, with subtly off proportions. Those who are affected do not seem notice these characteristics.

Behavioral Description: PRE18 will initially appear to its chosen target as a homeless little girl. It will then begin to work at the target's mind. The target will be compelled by protect and care for PRE18, and slowly will become convinced that it is his or her daughter. Over a period of time, targets will begin to see PRE18 as the most important thing in their lives, often at the expense of everyone and everything else they know. Once PRE18 is the only thing the target cares about, PRE18 will vanish, leaving the target to desperately search for it for the rest of his or her life. Throughout this whole process, PRE18 has never been observed to speak. These victims are designated as P18A00 series, or "Wanderers."

If a victim of PRE18 ever happens to find it again, then PRE18 will whisper something in their ear. What it is whispers is unknown, but those who hear PRE18 became mindlessly devoted to her, and will, as they claim, "carry out [PRE18's] will." These victims will also lose all memory of their names, and those who knew the victims will likewise fail to recall the victims' name. These victims are designated as P18B00 series, or "Nameless."

PRE #XV:PRE17 (The Eye, "Mister Oculus")

Designation: PRE17

Colloquial Terms: The Eye, The Watcher, The Conscience, Judgment, JURY, The All-Seeing King, Fossil-Type IRIS, Osiris, Minos, Subject Echo Yankee, Crystal Curfew, Ma'at, Totus Vidit Unam, The Gryphon, Oxossi, The Warden, Themis, Freak Designation Lambda - ISRAFIL, Timor Iudicium, "Mister Oculus".


Physical Appearance: Appears as a large eyeball that grows out of various surfaces. Only the victim is able to see it, and its gaze will always follow the victim.

Behavioral Characteristics: Usually targets people who have recently committed outlandish crimes (though it has been documented as targeting people who have only committed minor crimes as well). For a period between a week and a year, PRE17 will appear to the victim at various locations, slowly making the victim more nervous and paranoid. After some time, PRE17 will choose another victim and enter into that victim's body, merging with their consciousness. This creates a new being who identifies itself as "Judgment". Judgment will then track down and kill the original victim in a way befitting the original crime (NOTE: So if someone, say, dismembered a person, then Judgment will dismember them. Whereas if they merely lied, the Judgment might removed their tongue and make them bleed to death. Yes, these are both documented cases. --SΣ).

Shortly after conversion, Judgment's body will begin to break down. Within the span of a few weeks, the body will die. 

Physical Appearance: has now chosen a humanoid form known as Mister Oculus, a puppet-like body controlled by the eye from the hat, in which The Eye rests and controls the body it has formed. 

Behavioral Characteristics: PRE17 has now started to idenife with the male gender. As Mister Oculus, he hosts a children's show in which he teaches children right from wrong. Previously, he chose to do so through lectures and punishing viewers. Currently, he does so through stories. Speaks in a high-pitched nasal voice. It has also been discovered that at some point in the 1920's that it began adopting willing servants starting with one known simply as "The Lawyer". This adoption of Servants, known as "Gavels" has been kept secret until recently. (See the File on Gavels attached to the bottom for reference) However, Mister Oculus still uses Judgement, but currently focuses on more serious crimes, such as human-trafficking and murder, and lets Gavels handle the minor things such as frequent lying.

One of our agents, ████████ found his most recently converted Gavel, "Iris Dogood" (real name unknown) has been shown to be able to control Zilvra, and thus is currently being monitored by ████████. Her Blog is also being monitored for developments in her abilities.
It is also known that Mister Oculus gives her special attention, and has made her one of his personal body guards.
Through her blog we have discovered Pupils, who may or may not be Gavels in training, and that potential Gavels are tested through dreams before becoming Gavels.

Physical Characteristics: A swarm of animals of varying species, the only common trait is that each animal belongs to the phylum arthropoda (NOTE: See here --SΣ). Some instances of PRE16 are not found in nature (e.g. Crabs with wings).

Behavioral Characteristics: A sort of consciousness that affects large groups of arthropods, causing them all to move with a single-minded purpose. Like the animals in their natural state, PRE16 seeks to reproduce. It does so by seeking out a human host. As the host sleeps, PRE16's bodies into into the host through each orifice and lay eggs within the host's body. The host begins to become ill as a result of that. Within a few days, the eggs hatch, and the offspring devour the host from within. PRE16, with its new bodies, proceeds to seek out a new victim. Another fate of the victims is being slowly turned into an insect and assimilated into PRE16's hive-mind. These victims are designated under the
P16A00 series.

Violence against individual bodies will only serve to agitate PRE16.
