PRE #VIII: PRE08 (The Cold Boy)

Physical Characteristics: Has two distinct forms: The first Appears as a small male human child with skin made of ice, often wearing a hoody or t-shirt (Dubed "The Ice form"), The second being also a small male child, but this time skin being made of dried sand, often wearing a raged leather cloak (Dubed "The Hot Boy" "The Sand Form") (NOTE: The Sand Form is the one less known about, so most reports you will find are about The Ice Form --SΟ). No matter the form, the Face is often described as blurred and difficult to make out.

Behavioral Characteristics: His forms very depending on what geographical zone he's in: If he is in the Frigid Zones or the half's of the Temperate Zones furthest away from the Torrid Zone, then The Ice Form applies; If he's in the Torrid Zone and the half's of the Temperate Zone closest to it, then he takes The Sand Form. The form also changes depending on what biome he's in; [TBA].

Seems to target individuals who are cut off from others. One of the few PREs who has been routinely observed speaking directly to humans, often speaking in the form of nursery rhymes. Has the ability to lower or higher temperature, often killing his victim's through the cold or heat. Some victims, however, are instead *CLASSIFIED*. He also has been observed teleporting his victims away form there fellow humans, usually to tundras, alpine forests, mountains, or deserts, and the abilities to manipulate weather, usually into creating snow, rain, or precipitation at all.

PRE #VII: PRE07 (The Choir)

Designation: PRE07

Colloquial Terms: The Choir, Echo, Chorus, Static, Distortion, SHRIEKING, Banshee, Sorrow, Harvester, Shrieker, Delirium, Pheme, Circling Chant, The Dodo, Fossil-Type PASSACAGLIA, Subject Charlie Hotel, What-Ifs, The Narrator, Symphonic Nightmare, The King of All Tongues, Madrigal Meridian, Master Poltergeist, Melpomene, Freak Designation Beta - THEREMIN, The Grand Orchestra, The Discordant Symphony, Hermes, Timor Nocte Canticum.

Physical Characteristics: Appears to be multiple entities, possibly separate individuals of the same type, similar to PRE09. Each individual body is shadowy and in the rough shape of a human. Gray in color. Also can appear as a gray mold-esque substance.

Behavioral Characteristics: Possesses control over soundwaves. PRE07 is able to alter the way people hear, putting words into the mouths of others. They usually use this ability to slowly drive their victims into madness, but have been observed making more direct attacks by employing high pitched siren-like sounds that rupture victim's eardrums, shatter glass, and/or hemorrhage the victim's brain. NOTE: I've actually seen this first-hand. One of the guys I trained with was found dead in his room about two years ago, with blood and gunk flowing out of his ears. Apparently, he'd done something to piss these guys off. -- SΣ

PRE #VI: PRE06 (The Empty City)

Designation: PRE06

Colloquial Terms: The Empty City, The City, Metropolis, City of Empty Shadows, The World , Breathing Streets, The Infinite Horizon, Dimension X, Fossil-Type OVER THERE, Janus, Purgatory, Wonderland, The Forever Lot, The Urban Labyrinth, District Maze, Tartarus, Hyperborea, Valcourt, Subject Echo Charlie, The Storylands, Origin Point Slot A, The Edge of Reality, Threshold, Jotunheim, The Shrouded City, The Phantom Island, Timor Solitarios Civitatem, Freak Designation Kappa - MANDELBROT.

A Door

Beyond the Doors, DEVOURER

Physical Characteristics: PRE06 is a genius loci in the form a large, empty city (NOTE: For those of who don't know what genius loci means, this basically means that PRE06 is a city that is living and intelligent --SΣ). It has also been abosrved to have types of landscapes other then a vast, empty city, such as parks, a roofed dark labyrinth, or a foggy forest filled with ruins. It seems to exist outside our own reality. It manifests in our reality via "Doors" which can appear anywhere and anytime.

Behavioral Characteristics: The Doors can manifest anywhere and will usually (though not always) remain in existence until someone has opened one and stepped through it, whereupon the Door will slam shut and the gateway to PRE06 will vanish. Once inside, victims are left to wander until the day they die, where PRE06 will manifest a *CLASSIFIED*. PRE06 continuously shifts its shape and structure to keep victims lost. (NOTE: Yeah, I know, I was skeptical at first too. You're probably wondering where this information came from. Well, it turns out that other PREs use PRE06 as a meeting ground and will occasionally bring their human servants along. Most of our data on PRE06 comes from those servants- --SΣ). If the dictum does not yelled to its will fast enough, it will eather produs shadowy tendrils form its surfaces, or send one of its AH members to capture the victim, and bring it to an instance of *CLASSIFIED*.

PRE #V: PRE05 (The Wooden Girl)

Designation: PRE05

Colloquial Terms: The Wooden Girl, Harlequin, PUPPETEER, Splinter, String-Mistress, Queen of Threads, Kathputli, Manipulator, Marionette, Delphi, Puppet Empress, PUPPETEER, Fossil-Type SELKIE, Cedar Queen, The Carved Empress, Morrigan, Miss Shackle, Subject Whiskey Golf, Spirit Fingers, The Carpenter, Babushka, The Vixen, Freak Designation Mu - COPPÈLIA, The Lady in Red, Mnemosyne, Timor Chorda.

Physical Characteristics: Appears as a life-size wooden marionette with strings wrapped around her. Always appears as female, though the exact appearance has changed many times throughout history. This is because *CLASSIFIED*. Past marifestaions/manifestations in other universes include, but are not limited to: china doll-esque creature, and a huimen with wooden skin. All

Behavioral Characteristics:  Exerts complete control over her subjects via the use of invisible and intangible or metaphorical "Strings". Those enthralled by PRE05 are designated under the P05A00 and P05B00 series. "Some have heard her speak, others claim that she never speaks. Some reports claim that her servants are divided into a rigid structure, other reports claim that she keeps her servants in a chaotic, Darwinian system." (Quoted from Iceberg Theory).

UPDATE #I: MINOR SPHERE BREACH

First order of business: No need to worry. I feel as if the capitalized title entails a sense of emergency; this, however, is not the case. Lovely little Scribe Omicron insists that these titles be that way. Myself? I'd only capitalize the title if it was something like "UPDATE #XXI: THE LIBRARY HAS COLLAPSED!!!" (No, I'm not invoking terror, just giving an example!)

The story is that a servant of █████ (may be un-redacted at a later time) was busted out of the jail by a bunch of said entity's servants. They overwhelmed what little personnel that was on hand. We all made New Year's resolutions that day. The breach, thankfully, has been repaired. It is unknown how the breach was made, but all us on hand have our own theories, the most popular being that they had the help of Mr. Hush-Hush (I use 'Mr.' as a pleasantry; I would much rather have an ambiguous form of 'Mr.'-- I couldn't very well say 'It.', now, could I?). My personal theory is that we have an infiltrator in our midst. Let that be a word of caution: keep an eye out for suspicious activity. Report all such activity to me or one of my superiors. Anyone who has information and choose not to tell will have their memories forcibly evicted.

My resolution: I need to find a more dangerous pastime so that my job will seem easy. Maybe skydiving or BASE jumping or cooking or something of the like.

ARCHIVE #I: LIST OF KNOWN BRANCHES

There are many versions of the archive throughout the multiveses. One of the main priorities of an archive is to connect with its counterparts in parallel universes. These are the known Archive branches to us at this current time:

1. The Library: Our Archive. Mostly intrested in reconstructing the fears at this point, due to there instability, and to correct this instability.
2. Archive Blind: The Slandered Archive. Ghost and Neomara hale form an archive of this sort before coming into our universe. It is the most famos as it was the first to come up with a website/blog to
3. Archive Odin: our counterpart in a different multiverse. Very high interest, as the fears in that universe can die, and figuring out how may help The Library In our endeavor. See Project Crossover.
4. The Archive of Premetheus: A paradoxical Archive braNce that seams to belIve some of the fears are hoaxes, including GraNdfathEr, witch make very lIttle Sence. Most other archives pretend that this branch does not exist, which is very easy to achieve, as communication with this universe is limited at best. Grandfather help them if One of there supposed "Debunked" fears attacks them.

Any other branches will be added as we learn about them.

PRE #IV: PRE04 (Grandfather, "The Blind Man")

Designation: PRE04

Oh Joy, here you go again. FOR MIKE'S SAKE, SAM IS NOT A GOD. Hi, Shadow here. This people almost went into the black pool of insanity and blasphemy, but good thing I got here before that happened. Now, Sam, or as you runners/hunters/whatnot call him, The Blind Man. Lets try this again.

Designation: PRE04

Colloquial Terms: The Blind Man, "Grandfather", Sam, The Librarian, The Bookkeeper, Memoria, The Old Man, Grandfather, Tiresias, The Aged Aged Man, ELDER, Bethsaida, The Freemason of Forgetfulness, Charon, Subject Bravo Mike, Jack of Shadows, Fossil-Type CREMATOR, Man Upon the Stairs, Fade, The Blind King, The Unseer, Harahel, Freak Designation Theta - METHUSELAH, The Bookman, The Man Who Wasn't There, The Recorder, The Eyeless Sage, Timor Oblitus.

Physical Characteristics: Appears as a human male intermittent old age, and is always blind in someway, but how exactly very from sighing to sighting. His blindness takes the form of ether has regular blind eyes, empty black sockets, or just blank skin where the eyes should be. He covers its eyes (or lack or of them) by either black sunglasses, or a blindfold. His usually wears tattered robes or the like, or wheres fancy cloths. He carries around a large ancient book, tome, scroll, or other forms of recording implement, as well as writing implements.

Behavioral Characteristics: Often observed wandering libraries or other places of knowledge or large collections of books. When he encounters a mortal, he usually writes its name into his book, then moves on. When this happens, the mortal will forget something, most often their childhood. these mortals are usually brought into the archive. PRE04 has also been observed to implant memories, which can be fabricated ones, or other memories his has taken, the latter creating what the archive call "gifted", and are held in a high place in their religion organization.
